Gullifty's contributes 20% of qualifying fundraiser sales to your organization!
How It Works
1. Schedule Your Fundraiser
Complete the inquiry form below with information about your organization and your preferred fundraiser date. Our team will contact you to confirm availability and help coordinate your event.
2. Spread the Word
Gullifty's will provide a customized fundraiser flyer with your organization's name and event details. Share it with your supporters through email, social media, newsletters, printed copies, or other direct communication.
The more supporters who participate, the more your organization can raise!
3. Dine & Donate
On the day of your fundraiser, supporters can enjoy their Gullifty's favorites while supporting your organization.
To ensure their purchases count toward your fundraiser, guests must present your organization's fundraiser flyer to their server. Flyers may be presented either as a printed copy or digitally on a phone.
Qualifying purchases include dine in, takeout, catering, and beverages, including alcoholic beverages.
4. Receive Your Donation
After your event, Gullifty's will calculate the qualifying sales generated by your supporters and contribute 20% of those sales to your organization.
Your donation will be divided as follows:
- 50% by check, payable to your organization.
- 50% in Gullifty's gift cards, which can be used for raffles, auctions, prizes, staff appreciation, or other fundraising opportunities.
Gift cards can be provided in different denominations to suit your organization's needs.
Who Can Participate?
Our fundraiser program is available to qualifying nonprofit schools and 501(c) organizations, including:
- Schools and parent organizations
- Youth sports teams, leagues, and booster clubs
- Churches, synagogues, and other religious organizations
- Charities and community service organizations
- Other qualifying nonprofit groups
Important Fundraiser Guidelines
Please review the following before submitting your request:
- Fundraisers are available on select dates, subject to restaurant approval.
- Fundraisers are not available on Fridays, Saturdays, Villanova home basketball game days, major sporting event days, or holidays.
- We recommend scheduling your fundraiser at least two weeks in advance to allow adequate time for promotion.
- Participating organizations are responsible for distributing their customized fundraiser flyer directly to supporters.
- Distributing fundraiser flyers inside or around Gullifty's is strictly prohibited.
- Guests must present the fundraiser flyer, either printed or on their phone, for their purchases to count.
- Qualifying sales exclude taxes, gratuities, gift card purchases, retail purchases, and third party delivery orders.
- Participating organizations must complete the required fundraiser paperwork, including a W-9 and fundraiser agreement.
- All fundraiser requests are subject to approval by Gullifty's management.
